Swath CRM — storm-native canvassing

Draw your territory, load every roof under it, and work the doors on a map your whole crew shares — with the hail size measured at each address and lock-screen alerts the moment radar verifies a storm in your box. One price, whole crew: 15 seats, 2,000 storm-hit doors and 300 fresh roof records a month — included. Map, list, kanban board, photos, one-tap call/text, printable estimates citing the verified hail. SalesRabbit charges $49–59 per seat; Swath CRM is $17/seat/month (3-seat minimum, annual $170/seat — two months free), with the storm data they can't sell you at any price. Founding flat-rate accounts keep their locked $49 deal. Trial: 2 seats to look around — importing doors uses paid credits.

Storm History Pro — $99/mo. Opens the storm map layer from 30 days to a full 12 months — every verified hail and wind swath we have ever recorded, scrubbed back a year. Built for adjusters, attorneys, and diligence work that asks "was this roof hit last spring?" Add it from CRM Settings once you're signed in.

GET /v1/property — single-property intel2

A Swath Report bills 1 credit per property returned (10-credit minimum); properties fetched fresh from the parcel vendor add 25 credits each — the quote endpoint previews both for 1 credit before you commit. Failed requests are never billed. Included credits reset on the 1st of each month. Paid plans keep working past the allowance — extra credits meter as overage ($0.008/credit on Developer, $0.005 on Scale) on your monthly invoice. The Free plan hard-stops at its limit (no overage) and serves cached property data only; full live parcel coverage requires a paid plan.

Paste https://swathapi.com/mcp?key=sk_... into Claude as a custom connector and your agent can query storms, pull Swath Reports, and manage monitors by itself.

Not a developer? Here's the same thing in plain English.

Everything on this page is priced in “credits.” A credit is just a unit of work — you spend them when Swath looks something up for you. Here's what the things you'd actually do cost:

What you doCredits
Ask Copilot a question10
Look up one address's hail history2
Check what a report will cost, before running it1
Pull every home under a storm1 per home
Watch a territory and get alertsIncluded

One more thing worth knowing. Most properties come back instantly because we already have them — those are the credits above. The first time anyone pulls a brand-new area, we buy those property records from our data provider, and each plan includes a monthly allowance of them: 150 on Starter, 800 on Developer, 4,000 on Scale. Past that, reports keep working from data we already hold — nothing breaks and you're never charged a surprise. Areas warm up permanently, so the more you work a territory the less this matters.

So on Starter ($35/mo, 5,000 credits) you could run about 25 storm reports covering 200 homes each, or look up 2,500 individual addresses, or ask Copilot 500 questions — or any mix of the three. Nothing expires mid-month and nothing charges you by surprise: if you run out, Swath stops and tells you rather than billing you more.

One honest note, because it matters for how you'd use this: a big hail day is expensive in credits. A single swath over a suburb can cover a couple thousand homes, and that's a couple thousand credits. If you work several counties and want the full list every time it hails, look at Developer rather than Starter — or read the contractor page first and start with the free address check.
